Program
Tel-America will attempt to schedule an appointment for every interested prospect whose X-Date will renew within 90 days of the call. For all X-Dates beyond 90 days of the call, we will obtain the name and title of the decision-maker, X-Date, current carrier, number of employees, the number of vehicles and approximate annual sales.
All Appointments and Immediate Contacts (phone appointments) will be faxed to your office within 24 hours of receipt. All X-Dates and a telemarketing report of your program will be mailed weekly.
List
Your agency to provide calling list or Tel-America will purchase a list based on your target market and SIC codes. A copy of the list we purchase will be sent to you prior to calling for culling.
Script
Tel-America will draft a calling script and fax to you for approval prior to calling.
Follow-Up Program
Upon request we will retain a copy of your X-Dates for follow-up calls to set appointments. Follow-up calling will be included in your ongoing program at no additional cost.
To Get Started
Our minimum program is 24 hours per month. The calling rate is $38 per hour. We will begin the program following your approval of the script and receipt of your list. The initial amount due is the first months calling, plus any list cost. Thereafter we invoice monthly in advance.
Optional: A Direct Mail Campaign With Telemarketing
Tel-America will print your letter and envelope with laser printer, sign each letter, fold, stuff with marketing material (i.e. pamphlet) then mail. Your agency to supply letterhead, envelopes and marketing material. Our telemarketing effort will be coordinated with weekly mailings.
